The HR Biz Story

Hi, my name is Hennither Bianca Gant. I'm the proud founder of Career Image Solutions, which is an HR Consulting firm that serves clients locally, nationally, and globally.

It's amazing to look back at the journey of where the company is today and where I started. I was working in HR for over a decade before deciding to offer career services to clients then HR services to companies.  Lo and behold, the business could not grow much further because I was still working at my 'good ol' government job.

The Lord had been speaking to me about taking bigger steps in my business but frankly, I was afraid. I thought, " what if I don't get clients", " how will I pay my bills", "I don't even know where to start".
